Just let go. Let go of how you thought your life should be, and embrace the life that is trying to work its way into your consciousness.
My advice to all of you, especially to those of you in your teens:
You know who you are now, so let yourself be that person. It’s okay to be smart and ambitious and not terribly cool. Don’t waste your time trying to get that guy or gal that you really want. Don’t starve yourself skinny. Don’t be the person you think you should be. Don’t let other’s be the captain of your life. You be the captain. You are the captain. Take the ball and run.
don’t use food as a reward for yourself. reward yourself with the body you deserve instead.
Sometimes life will test you but remember this: When you walk up a mountain, your legs get stronger.
